🎮 Service Overview

MapleStory Planet provides boss carry services, coaching, and equipment consultations for Global MapleStory (GMS) players on the NA Heroic Kronos & Hyperion Servers. All services are offered via direct Discord communication.

📌 User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information when contacting us.
  • Follow any instructions or guidelines provided before, during, and after boss carries.
  • Complete necessary pre-requisites or pre-quests for boss fights, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refrain from using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language with our team or community members.

📜 Service Policies

  • Carry Service Integrity:
    All boss carries are performed legitimately within MapleStory’s rules. We do not use third-party programs, bots, or exploits under any circumstances.
  • Max Drop Rate Policy:
    Our team uses the highest available drop rate gear and buffs during carries to maximize your chances at desired loot. However, we cannot guarantee specific item drops.
  • Free Coaching & Equipment Review:
    We offer complimentary boss coaching and equipment consultations as part of our service.
  • Service Availability:
    Carry availability may vary based on team schedules and MapleStory server status. We strive to fulfill all bookings promptly.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for:

  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
  • Sharing unauthorized account information or MapleStory credentials.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members.
  • Promoting or distributing illegal third-party programs or hacks.

📄 Refund & Rerun Policy

  • If you disconnect or die out during a carry, reruns are free of charge.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a carry cannot be completed due to our team’s unavailability or MapleStory server downtime.
  • No refunds are provided for completed runs, regardless of item drops.

📩 Communication

All service inquiries, bookings, and support are handled via Discord. It is your responsibility to maintain an active Discord account and ensure reliable communication with our team.

📌 Limitation of Liability

MapleStory Planet is not affiliated with Nexon or Global MapleStory. We are a third-party service provider offering in-game assistance. By using our services, you agree that MapleStory Planet is not liable for:

  • Loss of in-game items, accounts, or progression.
  • Server instability or maintenance affecting scheduled carries.
  • Any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of our services.
